Do I need special hardware for the room tablets?+
Any Android or iPad tablet works — even an old one. KronoSpa runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install. We recommend a standard wall mount.
Can I switch from Vagaro or Mangomint?+
Yes. We help you migrate your client list, services, and pricing. Most spas are fully set up within a day. All plans include a live onboarding call.
Is there a limit on therapists or bookings?+
No therapist limits on any plan — ever. All plans also include unlimited bookings and appointments. Tiers differ by features, not headcount. Hire freely.
How does the PIN kiosk work exactly?+
When a client books, their confirmation email includes a unique 4-digit PIN. They enter it on any tablet at kronospa.app/kiosk. Their appointment appears, they confirm, and front desk is notified. Walk-ins enter their name or phone instead.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
If you don't add a card, your account is paused — your data stays safe. No charges, no surprises. Pick a plan when you're ready and continue where you left off.
Does KronoSpa take a cut of my bookings?+
Never. Flat monthly fee only. We don't take a percentage of your revenue. Payment processing rates depend on your payment provider — we integrate with Stripe and others.
How does KronoSpa Pay work?+
KronoSpa Pay uses Stripe Terminal. When a therapist finishes a session, the front desk taps "Check Out" and the service, duration, and therapist are already filled in. The client taps the card reader, selects a tip, and gets a receipt by SMS or email. Stripe's standard 2.7% + 5¢ in-person rate applies — we don't add a markup.
What does KronoSpa Sites include exactly?+
We design, build, and host a complete spa website for you — service pages, about section, gallery, contact form, and your booking flow already connected to your KronoSpa calendar. You get your own domain (e.g. yourspname.com), SSL, and we handle all hosting and updates. No Squarespace, no Wix, no monthly platform fees on top.
